If your mention of a Marathon bar… is the caramel braid, dipped in chocolate… I loved that one! The bar I was having as I sent the message was a Big Hunk. It was sweeter than I remember & more exhaustive on my jaw… but still worth the effort! It was not my favorite, but did enjoy.

One of the most compelling things about The MitchCast? Vastly superior audio compared to other podcasts. When I listen to other shows (rarely) you can tell the difference! Nicely done!

Hey Mitch, just wanted to comment on your depression. Firstly wondering if you find it to be seasonal. I believe that I am subject to a bit of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), it tends to affect people in the winter due to reduced exposure to sunlight. One a lighter note, the beautiful and charming Katey Houston and I are celebrating our second wedding anniversary, which is tomorrow with dinner and an evening with the Seattle Mens Chorus tonight.
