The MitchCast is Launched!!

That’s right. I’ve been away from the blog for a while. Now I’m back, with a podcast! Will it work? I don’t know. My intent is to separate them out into 2 separate things, but for now, I’m using the MillironFamily.com to provide me the feed.

If you don’t know what a podcast is, then I apologize. I’m not going to explain it. Go to google and type in podcast, or better, visit Wikipedia. If you don’t know what google or Wikipedia is, then please leave. No, really. You’ve been cut off.

On that note, here is the inaugural episode of the MitchCast: Life as a Thirty-something!

OK. That was pretty good! I had to admit, I was cracking up in a couple spots.

Player worked great in Google Reader.

    Keep it up! :)

Are the South Korean movies you mentioned appropriate for missionaries? Maybe for a zone conference? What tree? or is it trees? As for neighbor news, don’t forget the over-the-back-fence neighbors.

Will any “little people” ever be on your show? We would like to hear from them–especially the ornery one!

I think you missed your calling!! You have a disc jocky voice and should totally be on the radio. My favorite part was when you referred to your ramblings as “the show”…that was classic. Also, think about switching to blockbuster.com, we did and it’s way better. If you want the pros of switching, let me know and I’ll fill you in.

    This is Kelli..signing off….

Wow! I’m surprised that people are actually wasting–excuse me–spending time listening to me. I was thinking about making a daily show… Oh, maybe that’s going overboard?!

To the folks in South Korea, we’ll try and get some little folks on the show. Maybe I’ll have to start the “AudreyCast” for you guys. She’s pretty good with the mic!

And about those movies… They may not be the best for the zone conference, unless you’re subject is spilling blood.

The trees: I’ve got you covered on all sides, don’t worry. The neighbors may not be too happy, but then again, I’m sure the late night drumming isn’t helping :)

Well, it was pretty good. My favorite was counting how many times you used “nonetheless”. How many was it? 30 … 40?

Keep it up. Maybe those “three other guys” can get their act together and have a potluck!

Now that’s a podcast. I’ll be staying tuned in…same bat-time, same bat-channel for mitchcast number two!!!!

After using a paper towel to dry my hands after washing them, I don’t feel it’s wasteful to use that same paper towel to open a door. Now if I was to use a separate paper towel just to open the door, a waster I admit to being.

As far as touching door handles, I have made a habit of grabbing all handles in the most unlikely place that they would usually be grabbed. Example: The very top or very bottom of the handle, close to the base. Basically if it doesn’t feel uncomfortable to grab you aren’t doing it right. The point is most people take the path of least resistance and grab what is easy and comfortable and of course, germ infested.

I love public transportation. I could ride all day to nowhere. Props to you, fellow lover of humanity.

Just for kicks… The grind the grind living time pass, give me that glass that is half full but my ass is fastly getting tired of mass everydayness. How do people do this? This dull and meaninglessness. Wake another day to grind for a fee ’til the age of a tree, the price of purpose aint free, somebody tell me quickly–what’s it mean to beat routine? Could it be that it’s possibly impossible? With my attitude and ingratitude I’m destined to some real low moods no matter what I do–but that’s cool…I’m in love with the struggle.

Lastly, do you feel a podcast is narcissistic?
